Delivering State-Level Data Compliance
Ankura was engaged by a Fortune 500 insurance company to create a framework and road map for 12 NYCRR Part 500 compliance for each of its more than 50 covered entities. Ankura developed a risk assessment plan and engaged the entities’ stakeholders to create a multifaceted compliance plan to meet each of the various deadlines within the regulation.
