Online Retail Startup
Achieving 150% Month-over-Month Growth
Ankura partnered with a rapidly growing online retail company to support a transition from startup to established company, which required rapid scaling of operations. During the engagement, Ankura developed the project roadmap and led the execution of multiple expansion initiatives, achieving 150% month-over-month growth. As part of this expansion, Ankura successfully managed the construction, build-out, and migration of a manufacturing environment, accommodating over 200 staff members. In addition, Ankura led the opening of an off-shore customer support center and the organization’s first two brick-and-mortar retail locations.
